Job Summary
Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings, including split systems, package units, furnaces, and mini-splits. Crawl in confined spaces and attics while working in high heat. Communicate effectively with clients regarding system operations and maintain accurate work records. Troubleshoot various HVAC issues in the field using strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Requires a valid driver's license, background test, and willingness to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to crawl on hands and knees (crawl spaces / attics) and work in high heat areas (attics)
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC installation or related fields
- Strong understanding of air conditioning principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC issues in the field
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project demands
- Valid driver's license required
- Able to pass background test
Desired Qualifications

- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system operations needs
