Job Summary
Lead residential HVAC installation crews on retrofit and replacement projects, removing and installing furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. Perform system start-ups, safety inspections, and performance testing while checking for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining system operation to homeowners, collecting payments, and completing job documentation. Maintain truck inventory to ensure tools and materials are job-ready. Requires experience with residential HVAC systems, ability to lead and mentor team members, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
Required Qualifications
- Experience installing residential HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of furnace, air conditioner, and heat pump installation
- Ability to lead and mentor installation team members
