Job Summary
Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring every job meets company, manufacturer, and code standards. Install systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork while diagnosing and resolving startup issues. Mentor team members to uphold quality, safety, and professionalism standards. Communicate clearly with homeowners and maintain clean, organized job sites following all protocols. Requires EPA certification, valid driver's license, and 5+ years of experience. Schedule is Monday-Friday starting at 7:00 AM with occasional Saturdays. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $30 to $60.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven experience leading complete HVAC installations
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a 7:00 AM start, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays available)
- Ability to perform physical work in all seasons
