Lead HVAC Installer - Commercial

Lead and supervise end-to-end commercial HVAC installations on new-construction projects, reading blueprints and specifications to determine equipment layout. Install ductwork, piping, line sets, condensers, air handlers, and control systems with precision, then commission systems by performing start-up checks, calibrating controls, and verifying airflow and refrigerant charge. Mentor installation crews, assign tasks, and enforce quality standards while coordinating with general contractors and other trades to keep jobs on schedule. Conduct on-site troubleshooting to resolve challenges, manage material orders and inventory, and maintain accurate job documentation in ServiceTitan. Uphold clean worksites and safety protocols, communicating clearly with customers and contractors to ensure satisfaction.
