Job Summary
Complete residential and light commercial HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately while ensuring all work complies with service standards, venting codes, and work instructions. Read blueprints and diagrams to execute complex layouts and air balancing, maintaining high integrity with a constant desire to improve your craft. Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations. This role requires a Journeyman or Master Mechanical license, 2–3+ years of HVAC experience, and the physical ability to perform strenuous labor including lifting 75lbs and climbing ladders for 8 hours daily. Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service/install experience
- Valid driver's license
- Insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical ability to be on feet 8 hours a day
- Physical ability to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis
- Ability to work in extreme heat and cold
- Ability to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
