Lead HVAC Installer responsible for installing gas split systems and heat pump split systems for customers in Metro Atlanta. Requires minimum 5 years of installation experience, EPA Universal Certification preferred, strong customer-service orientation, reliability, teamwork, and proficiency with smartphones and email. Must have a clean driving record, pass background check, and bring personal tools (company provides large tools and vehicle). On-site role with full-time employment and opportunities for commissions based on leads and upsells.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of installation experience
- Capable of installing gas split systems
- Capable of installing heat pump split systems
- EPA Universal Certification (Preferred)
- Strong customer service and organization skills
- Clean driving record and background examination
- Has all personal tools (company provides large tools, vehicle, and tool account for personal tools if needed)
- Proficient with smartphones and email
