Oversee installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties, managing the technical process, coordinating team efforts, and troubleshooting issues. Ensure all systems meet specifications, conduct thorough safety and performance tests, and inspect areas for hazards like carbon monoxide or gas leaks. Maintain truck inventory, communicate installation status to homeowners, and ensure all work is completed efficiently and to code. Full-time role with weekly pay, incentives, and bonuses.
