Job Summary
Install residential HVAC systems including gas-to-gas conversions, high-efficiency units, boilers, and IAQ equipment while ensuring code-compliant, quality work. Lead and coordinate an install crew, troubleshoot system installations, and provide confident customer hand-offs. Train and develop junior HVAC installers to build their skills and professional growth. Represent Raynor Services with pride, maintaining clear communication with customers and team members. Requires 5+ years of HVAC experience, EPA Type II certification (preferred), and leadership capabilities. Based in Mount Holly, NJ, with year-round work opportunities and a supportive, family-like culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license
