Install residential HVAC systems according to code and company standards, identifying and solving issues in real-time while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Accurately complete job documentation and reports, ensuring all sites remain clean, safe, and organized. Maintain and care for company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicle, then participate in scheduled rotating weekend shifts. This role offers full-time hours with a rotating weekend schedule, paid time off, and holidays, with earnings between $50,000 and $100,000 annually. Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
