Job Summary
Lead daily residential and commercial HVAC installation projects on site while delegating tasks to install helpers and managing crew workflow to hit project timelines. Ensure all mechanical equipment, ductwork, and piping meet system design specifications, then train and mentor junior field technicians on proper tools, techniques, and safety standards. Communicate with property owners to explain system operations and address job-site questions while maintaining accurate installation records, material usage details, and daily completion reports. Requires a valid driver's license, EPA certification, and minimum five years of hands-on HVAC experience. You will travel 100% of working hours to local customer job sites.
