Job Summary
Lead residential HVAC installations with precision, ensuring equipment meets manufacturer specs and safety requirements. Pre-measure job sites for accurate installs, connect systems correctly, and verify performance while delivering clean, organized job sites and excellent customer experiences. Represent Fire & Ice with pride, working year-round with flexible scheduling options and one weekend per month on call. EPA certification and four years of lead experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of Lead Residential (forced air units and ductless) HVAC installation experience
- 1 weekend per month on call (Saturday and Sunday)
- EPA Certification
- HVAC degree or equivalent training
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- A professional attitude and pride in your work
