Job Summary
Disassemble old HVAC systems, then install, start-up, and troubleshoot new replacement units in residential settings. Lead a helper team while ensuring compliance with local inspection codes. Perform installations in attics, crawl spaces, and heavy lifting scenarios. Requires EPA certification and at least five years of residential HVAC installation experience. This role offers year-round full-time work with no on-call or overnight shifts, featuring flexible schedules. Candidates receive a fully stocked company vehicle, gas card, and comprehensive training in technical, sales, safety, and leadership systems.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC Installation experience
- Comfortable in a Lead role with a Helper assigned
- Working knowledge of local inspection codes
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis
- Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks
