Job Summary
Lead enterprise-scale HR initiatives as a senior HRBP with responsibility for partnering with executives to translate business priorities into actionable people plans. Provide data-driven insights and oversee performance management, organizational design, compensation planning, leadership development, HR governance, and governance in a matrix organization. Assess and consult on impacts of human capital strategies, identify needs and risks, and drive succession and talent governance. Influence executives to drive workforce strategy, risk mitigation, and enterprise performance, while collaborating across internal partners to execute the HR operating model and maintain compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
