Job Summary
Lead a team of Business Bankers in a cluster to manage tier 2 customers by onboarding new enterprise banking customers, proactively managing relationships, reactivating dormant accounts, and cross-selling bank products. Responsibilities include handling customer complaints, improving customer experience, and growing the bank’s share of wallet through proactive engagement via telephone/email/web chat. The role emphasizes designing and delivering client value propositions, scaling enterprise banking solutions, and leveraging Digital Platform capabilities across markets. Requires a First Degree in Business Commerce; postgraduate qualification is an advantage; 15-18 years of extensive enterprise banking experience with strong business-management and digital capability; competencies in generating ideas, examining information, positive thinking, action, and opportunity seizing; and knowledge of customer understanding, product knowledge, and related systems.
Required Qualifications
- First Degree in Business Commerce
- 15-18 years' extensive experience in Business Banking, including strategy and market development
- Postgraduate qualification will be an advantage
- experience in deploying solutions into new markets and territories
- strong background in managing a business and Digital Platform businesses
