Lead HR Specialist

Implement documentation, tools, and processes to ensure alignment and compliance with government, regulatory, and internal governance standards for employment, fair employment practices, and employee-related areas. Manage compliance team operations and resolve issues requiring good judgment within established procedures, consulting senior members for matters outside defined parameters. Explain technical information to customers and serve as the interface between GE HealthCare and external stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of Plant HR experience.
