Job Summary
Lead - HR Operations overseeing process oversight, global standardization, HR technology optimization (e.g., Workday), Shared Services optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive compliance, audits, and data integrity within HR systems; manage payroll data, benefits administration, onboarding, and Day 1 activities. Contribute to HR technology and transformation projects, ensure SLA/KPI adherence, and partner with HR COEs, Business Partners, and leadership to optimize employee lifecycle and service delivery in a hybrid, in-office role based in San Mateo, CA. A senior-level role requiring extensive HR operations experience and a proven ability to drive process improvements and stakeholder alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of HR Operations/Shared Services experience
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Strong focus on data integrity and HR process optimization
- Experience with HR technology and transformation projects
- Ability to partner with HR COEs, Business Partners, and leadership
- Hybrid in-office role based in San Mateo, CA (Tuesdays–Thursdays in office)
