Job Summary
Lead HR Manager responsible for hands-on HR operations across Singapore, China, and Vietnam. Drives full employee life cycle HR services, collaborates with country HR teams to implement corporate-wide policies, leads compensation and benefits programs (including payroll and rewards), oversees onboarding/offboarding, supports training, handles employee grievances and disciplinary matters, and ensures smooth office operations including travel and visa coordination. Requires Mandarin-speaking capability for liaising with China stakeholders; open to travel and immediate start preferred. Manages data collection and HR analytics, and supports the Board’s Remuneration Committee; involves travel and senior stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Open to travel
