Job Summary
Lead, HR Generalist for Rockwell Automation's Dominican Republic campus, providing strategic input and daily leadership to the plant team on employee engagement, inclusion, change management, organizational design, job leveling, and compensation. Partner with the LATAM HR Business Partner, Plant Manager, and local HR functions to define organizational needs while delivering full HR value through services, collective bargaining agreement negotiations, and labor law compliance. Manage employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration with a focus on organizational effectiveness and workforce planning. Report directly to the HRBP Mexico and collaborate with global HR colleagues, COEs, and HRIS teams. Requires knowledge of DR regulations and bilingual communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience like psychology, business administration, industrial engineering or similar
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources as HR Generalist in a manufacturing or operations environment
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, performance management, employee development, organizational development, consultation, and coaching, change management, and employee relations or other HR functions
- Knowledge of DR Labor Law and recent reforms
- Full Bilingual Experience working with Collective Bargain Agreement negotiations with Unions
Desired Qualifications
- Workday knowledge or similar HR system
- At least 2 years in a People Manager related role
