Job Summary
Lead HR Business Partner for NECI, providing strategic and hands-on HR leadership across multiple locations. Focus on organizational design, workforce planning, talent movement, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, and program execution with cross-functional collaboration across HR Centers of Excellence. Responsibilities include coaching leaders, running talent reviews, driving adoption of HR programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing site-level HR operations, and leveraging workforce data to inform decisions. Travel to NECI sites in NY, ME, and MA is required; role includes on-site work with a remote day per week after initial period. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in HR, with PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HR Business Partner role
