Job Summary
Lead HR Business Partner role supporting NECI with senior-level HR partnership, strategic workforce planning, and hands-on HR program execution across multiple locations (NY, ME, MA). Responsibilities include executive coaching, talent reviews, organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, risk management, and driving adoption of HR programs. Travel to multiple NECI sites is required; role combines strategic advisory work with day-to-day HR operations, including on-site and remote components after an initial on-site period. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years HR experience; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred. Salary range $130,000-$150,000 with eligible variable compensation; full-time on-site initially with gradual hybrid schedule and travel (~20%). Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP responsibilities
- Strong working knowledge of employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, compensation, and learning and development
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and drive HR programs in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Willingness to travel to NECI sites across NY, ME, and MA as needed
