Job Summary
Lead HR Administrator to manage end-to-end HR administration including onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, contracts, and offboarding; prepare employment contracts and HR documentation in line with policies and Modern Awards; maintain accurate employee records across HRIS to ensure data integrity and audit readiness; support payroll processes with timely data management; lead a small team and drive continuous improvement across HR administrative workflows; hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days work from home) based in Macquarie Park, Sydney. The role focuses on stakeholder relationships, delivering a seamless, service-focused employee experience, and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years HR Administration experience
- Strong exposure to HRIS and payroll systems
- Solid understanding of end-to-end HR administration processes, including contract management
- Ability to lead or coordinate a small team while managing high-volume workflows and task allocation
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated capability to identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
