Job Summary
Lead Housing Case Manager role involves supporting Plymouth residents in permanent supportive housing, mentoring fellow case managers, developing Housing Service Plans, and engaging with community providers to ensure resident stability and well-being.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a human service field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with homeless and low-income individuals
- Minimum two (2) years working as a case manager, at least one (1) of those years working with individuals experiencing homelessness
- Valid Washington State Driver License and insurable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with diverse, low income or special needs populations is desired.
- Direct coaching or mentoring experience is desired.
