Job Summary
Lead cleaning crew in daily operations, inspecting quality of staff work to ensure quality levels meet federal, state, and local health codes. Manage the appearance and cleaning of hospital interiors, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and replenishing supplies. Demonstrate proper use of cleaning equipment, organize supplies, and inspect tools for functionality while making minor repairs or placing orders. Document needed facility repairs by compiling staff reports and submitting work requests. Complete daily checklists and attend in-service trainings to maintain HIPAA compliance and organizational values for safe, efficient cleaning at Vail Health's 56-bed facility.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of previous cleaning-based experience
- Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
- Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English
- Must be HIPAA compliant
