Lead Housekeeper

Oversee daily operations, train new staff, conduct performance inspections, and manage scheduling for overnight housekeeping shifts. Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet sanitation, health, and company standards. Assign daily duties, manage inventory of cleaning supplies, and coordinate with maintenance as needed. Assist in daily cleaning operations when required. This role requires proven experience in a hotel or commercial housekeeping setting, bilingual skills are a plus, and candidates must pass a background check and drug screening. The position involves lifting, bending, and standing for long periods during Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30am shifts.
