Job Summary
Supervise and train subordinates while performing regular housekeeping duties across the casino floor. Follow daily cleaning schedules for eight-hour shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and in a timely manner. Conduct routine inspections to verify methodologies and maintain customer satisfaction. Lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 100 pounds as needed for various job-related responsibilities. Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and resolve conflicts within the team environment. Work in a 24-hour, seven-day operation with schedules varying based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Three years previous experience as a housekeeper
- Must be able to speak, read and understand English
- Knowledge of chemical usage and safety procedures
- Possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Make educated ethical decisions as necessary
- Ability to resolve conflicts
- Effective communication skills with all levels of employees
- Work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
- Must be able to lift a maximum of fifty (50) pounds up to three (3) times per week
- Push a maximum of one hundred (100) pounds up to three (3) times per week
