Job Summary
Lead Hot Tub Delivery & Installation Technician responsible for delivering and positioning hot tubs, saunas, and related products at customer homes and businesses; assist with site assessments and delivery planning; troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues; install delivery accessories and perform final setup tasks; move inventory between Pool World locations; educate customers on basic product operation and care; work with Delivery Coordinator to ensure efficient scheduling and successful deliveries; assist service department with basic technical service and repair work; maintain vehicles and delivery equipment; provide exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering and installing hot tubs, spas, swim spas, or other large products
