Job Summary
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and organized dining room flow. Communicate effectively with servers and management to balance table assignments and maintain accurate wait times. Provide guests with menus, answer basic questions about the restaurant, and ensure guests feel welcomed and attended to from the moment they arrive. Maintain the host stand, reservation system, and waiting area while delivering professional, polished first and last impressions for all guests. Operate and troubleshoot reservation software. This role supports the dining experience at Harry & Izzy's Circle Centre, where the team prioritizes high-volume upscale dining service.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Lead Host experience preferred
- Experience in high- volume upscale dining preferred
