Job Summary
Meet and greet arriving guests, offer seating choices, escort them to tables, and present menus while maintaining proper dining room setup. Read, maintain, and log daily entries to coordinate shift communication and manage reservations and special functions. Follow sustainability guidelines for the EarthView program, adhere to OSHA safety standards, and assist with service as needed.
