Job Summary
Lead Home Service Technician responsible for performing residential repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects including drywall, painting, flooring, trim, doors, minor plumbing, and minor electrical. Diagnose issues, develop practical solutions, deliver professional customer service, and uphold the TruBlue brand while maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Requires strong communication, independent work ability, and a minimum of 5 years in handyman/remodeling/home repair, with a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check; role includes steady year-round work, Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay with performance bonuses, and opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of paid handyman, remodeling, maintenance, or home repair experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple types of projects
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Comfortable working in occupied homes, including homes of seniors and vulnerable adults
- Must provide and maintain personal hand tools
