Job Summary
Lead a home services team delivering high-quality maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for residential projects. Responsibilities include leading and coaching Tru-Pro technicians, ensuring safety and quality across projects, communicating with customers to manage expectations on-site, and performing common tasks such as bathroom/kitchen upgrades, drywall, flooring, carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical within scope. Requires 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, valid driver’s license, English proficiency, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. This role offers year-round work, reliable hours, a company vehicle, and room for leadership growth.
