Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, and front-end loaders in compliance with safety policies while conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Move and position raw materials and finished components using material moving equipment, maintaining accurate records for all equipment upkeep. Follow standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and perform other duties as assigned at our waste disposal site in Maricopa, AZ. This role supports WM's mission to manage and reduce waste across over 20 million customers, requiring strong independent problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
Required Qualifications
- 5 year of experience operating heavy equipment
- Be over 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
- Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
