Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment in compliance with company safety policies, conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate records. Move and position raw materials and finished components using material moving equipment while following standard operating procedures. Perform other duties as assigned at our recycling facilities serving over 20 million customers across the USA. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 4:30pm at a waste disposal site in Watertown, WI. This role requires five years of experience operating heavy equipment, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently while adhering to strict safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 5 year of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Traveling from site to site
- Be over 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
- Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Thrive while working independently
- Take accountability for adhering to our safety guidelines
- Good communicators who are ready to support other colleagues
- Able to problem solve while independently
- Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc.) most of the workday
- Required to exert physical effort in handling objects less than 30 pounds occasionally
- Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc.) rarely
- Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the workday
