Job Summary
As a Lead Health & Benefits Consultant, you will manage and advise client accounts for employers with 2000+ lives regarding medical, dental, life, and disability benefit plans. You will negotiate with benefits carriers, develop sophisticated benefits design and renewal strategies, and ensure service delivery and financial evaluations. You must have a BA/BS degree, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and a Life & Health License, demonstrating expertise in health benefits and client management.
