Job Summary
Lead Teller position at MECU’s Randallstown branch. Manages the teller line with minimal supervision, coaches tellers to achieve accurate member service, oversees teller transactions (including ATM settlements) and counterfeit monitoring, and supports branch operations in the absence of Branch management. Requires strong member service, problem resolution, and familiarity with platform-side processes. Saturday hours required; provides service to members through multiple channels (branches and ITM terminals).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma Required
- GED in lieu of High School Diploma Required
- Associates Degree Preferred
- 36 Months Teller Experience Required
- 36 Months Sales/Customer Service Experience Required
- Proficient in ATM, TCD and Branch Settlements
- Leadership Development Program - 1st Year Required
- MSR Training Curriculum Required
