Coordinate department and line requirements to maximize productivity while assisting the Packaging Supervisor with resource allocation. Monitor output, assign work, and provide direction to ensure all employees adhere to health, food safety, and organizational standards. Perform equipment checks, fill out HACCP forms, and report malfunctions to the appropriate authority. Complete required documentation accurately and participate in job rotation as needed. Maintain audit requirements and perform all work to ensure final product meets quality standards.
