Lead Hand, Heavy Equipment - Shop Technician responsible for servicing Caterpillar equipment in a shop setting. The role involves planning, troubleshooting and repairing Caterpillar equipment, preparing service reports for customers, coordinating tasks within the team, tracking parts and inventory, monitoring workflow, and mentoring new hires. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of technician experience, holds a valid 421A Technician License, and focuses on safety and customer satisfaction while supporting multiple locations across Eastern Canada.
