Job Summary
Facilitate gymnastics-based party activities, including tumbling, obstacle courses, and skill stations, during weekend birthday parties for kids and teens. Maintain a safe, engaging, and fun environment alongside lead and junior staff while demonstrating enthusiasm to guests. Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons with a minimum of five weekend days per month. Requires two years of experience coaching children ages 2-13 and USAG certification is a plus. Based at Chelsea Piers in New York, New York.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children ages 2-13
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to work at least five weekend days a month
- A minimum of two years of experience coaching/instructing/working with children between the ages of 2-13 and/or young adults
- Experience as a coach or participant in gymnastics (recreational, competitive, or artistic)
- USAG certification
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive attitude
- A strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times
- An outgoing, energetic personality
- Enjoy working in a team environment
