Lead

Coordinate the team to execute daily operational processes across receiving, shipping, and product allocation areas. Design solutions for process deviations to ensure operational indicator compliance. Manage necessary inputs and report daily, weekly, and monthly metrics internally and to clients. Promote safety culture by adhering to established protocols and report equipment or facility damage to supervisors. Ensure all physical movements are accurately reflected in the system and provide follow-up on operational issues affecting customer service. Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics with at least two years of leadership experience in distribution centers.
