Job Summary
Lead GV Cabin Attendant responsible for providing exceptional, luxury-level in-flight service on Silver Air's Part 91 and Part 135 flights. Duties include anticipating guest needs, communicating amenities, maintaining pristine galley and cabin conditions, coordinating catering and guest necessities, ensuring safety and compliance, and collaborating with flight crew to deliver an impeccable guest experience for high-net-worth clients. Requires 5+ years of corporate cabin attendant experience, expertise in high-end catering/service, strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities, and a willingness to be based within a 1-2 hour drive of Van Nuys headquarters. College degree is highly desirable. On-site, luxury-focused role with emphasis on professionalism, presentation, and superior guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience as Corporate Cabin Attendant
- Experience with Part 91 and Part 135 flight services
- High-end food & beverage service proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and discretion for luxury client service
