Job Summary
Conduct seamless gutter installation, repair, and maintenance projects while leading a crew and providing guidance to less experienced staff. Perform work at heights in various weather conditions with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Maintain great communication with customers and ensure safety compliance using OSHA certification and ladder safety training. Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years experience in gutter installations
- Ability to work at heights in various weather conditions
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Can lead a crew and provide guidance/coaching to less experienced staff
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
