Job Summary
Lead Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Developer responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and enhancing Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations. Provide technical leadership to onshore/offshore teams; design integrations with Policy, Billing, CRM, and financial systems; drive platform stability, scalability, performance, and production support. Implement CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, and code quality practices. Collaborate with Business, Product, Architecture, and PMO; establish engineering standards for security, monitoring, deployment, and governance. Priority given to candidates with active Guidewire certifications and experience leading enterprise ClaimCenter implementations within Commercial Insurance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience
- 7+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration development
- Technical Lead experience on at least 2 end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations
- Strong expertise in Guidewire APIs, Integration Frameworks, Data Models, and Product Models
- Hands-on experience with Java, Gosu, J2EE, XML, Web Services, and SQL Server
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices
- Experience managing teams of 10–20 engineers
- Strong Commercial Insurance / P&C Insurance domain knowledge
