Lead Guest Services Team Member

Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions. Complete end-of-shift reports, close out procedures, and follow guidelines for restricted merchandise sales. Maintain an organized work area, use suggested selling methods, and ensure quality service while handling guest complaints and resolving team conflicts. Determine break schedules, manage team member placement, and assist with travel center functions including deli maintenance, cleaning showers, stocking, and coffee service.
