Lead Guest Services Team Member

Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining an organized and clean work area. Complete end-of-shift reports, close out procedures, and follow guidelines for restricted merchandise sales. Use suggested selling methods to promote products, ensure quality service delivery, and handle guest complaints or team member conflicts by communicating issues to management. Determine break schedules, place team members, and assist with travel center functions including maintaining the deli, cleaning restrooms, stocking, and making coffee. Model behaviors supporting the company's common purpose to ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level. Ensure all activities comply with rules, regulations, and procedures. Pay rates range from $13.25 to $18.75 per hour with a flexible schedule.
