Lead Guest Services Team Member

Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions, while completing end-of-shift reports and closing out procedures. Follow guidelines for restricted merchandise sales, maintain an organized work area, and use suggested selling methods to promote products. Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest, handle complaints and team conflicts per company processes, and determine break schedules and member placement. Assist with travel center functions including deli maintenance, cleaning showers and restrooms, stocking, and making coffee. Model behaviors supporting the company's common purpose and ensure all activities comply with rules, regulations, and procedures. Pay starts between $11.95 - $16.95/hour with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
