Lead GSOC Analyst

Job Summary
Monitor and analyze security alarms, surveillance systems, and notifications in real-time to detect and assess potential incidents. Conduct advanced event security monitoring, provide timely incident response per SOPs, and coordinate travel management by assessing risks and issuing real-time alerts. Oversee access control operations, maintain detailed logs of all activities, and prepare in-depth reports on GSOC trends. Lead and mentor Junior GSOC Analysts, serve as a backup supervisor during non-working hours, and collaborate with stakeholders for effective incident mitigation. Operate the GSOC in shift patterns including nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure 24/7/365 continuous coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a security operational role
- exposure to advanced monitoring and incident management
- relevant security related certifications/qualifications (e.g., CPP, PSP)
- equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- Highly effective communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Strong ability to manage high-pressure situations and make rapid, informed decisions
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
- ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports, independent of direction, where necessary
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- Attentive to detail and accuracy
- Serve as an effective team lead
