Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue across the MENA region. Design and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram platforms while managing budgets for maximum ROI. Analyze funnel data to implement conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and personalized user journeys through marketing automation tools. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align initiatives with business objectives. Requires 7 to 10 years of experience in growth marketing and performance channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, customer acquisition roles, and performance marketing
- Strong track record of driving successful growth initiatives
- Deep understanding of various growth marketing channels, including paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads, display advertising, affiliate marketing), SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing
- Proficiency in data analysis, interpreting metrics, and using insights to inform marketing strategies and optimizations
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with the MENA region's marketing landscape, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviour
