Lead Groundskeeper - Resort

Supervise groundskeeping staff in the maintenance and upkeep of all grounds, including plants, trees, lawn areas, drives, walkways, ponds, irrigation systems, and all equipment to provide guest safety and satisfaction. Ensure full-time coverage with paid holidays, vacation, and sick time, plus access to discounts on retail merchandise, restaurants, and conservation attractions. This role supports Big Cedar Lodge, America's Premier Wilderness Resort, under Bass Pro Shops' mission to protect habitat and introduce families to the outdoors.
