Job Summary
Own the Gross-to-Net forecasting cycle for Chiesi's Rare Diseases portfolio in the US, LATAM, and Canada by analyzing payer mix, pricing, rebates, and trade discounts to drive financial accuracy. Conduct financial modeling of commercial and government contracting proposals, leading cross-functional projects with FP&A, Market Access, and HEOR to evaluate claims data integrity and optimize rebate forecasts. Develop country pricing proposals and strategic market access business cases, presenting insights to the US Pricing Committee and senior leadership on 340B policies and reimbursement trends. Monitor contract effectiveness and partner with external consultants to ensure accurate rebate and discount forecasts while protecting GRD objectives during product launches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline
- 12+ years of US pharmaceutical industry experience
- 4+ years of experience in developing US pricing, reimbursement and contracting strategies
- Proven track record of designing and implementing business cases
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent working knowledge of the evolving US Pricing & Reimbursement dynamics
- Understanding of the US health system environment
- Working knowledge and familiarity with syndicated Market Access databases such as IQVIA, MMIT and other pricing/reporting tools such as Model N, pricing compendia and 852/867 datasets
- Experience leading a cross-functional team or initiative
- Ability to influence decision-makers through insightful analysis and persuasive communication
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Self-directed and confident
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and cross-functional stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline
- Additional experience working with analysis or other data reporting tools such as QlikView or PowerBI
