Job Summary
Groom dogs to Scenthound standards using one-length all-over cuts while providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the grooming and bathing teams. Create an environment conducive to learning by teaching new groomers the company standards and offering ongoing coaching. Identify when and where help is needed to keep the Scenter on schedule, ensuring the safety of dogs and team members at all times. Adhere to sanitary and cleaning practices and perform other tasks as assigned by the Scenter Manager. This role requires previous grooming experience, the strength to lift 70 pounds, and stamina to stand for long periods. Join a locally owned boutique grooming network launching across Westchester and Nassau Counties.
