Job Summary
Lead Graphic Designer at Ultralytics will be the visual engine behind storytelling, owning end-to-end design production across digital, print, and events. You’ll design digital campaigns, social content, and web graphics; produce presentations and comms assets; create sales and marketing collateral; develop event branding and booth displays; deliver motion graphics; lead brand stewardship and contribute to a brand uplift with an external agency; collaborate with Growth, Product, and Creative to scope needs and deliver impactful visuals that support adoption of Ultralytics tools and YOLO-based solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced tech, AI, or startup environment
- A strong portfolio spanning brand, marketing, events, and multi-format execution
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong Figma skills for UI collaboration, components, and rapid iteration
- Confident in motion design and editing for dynamic, short-form content
- Hands-on with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., ComfyUI, Midjourney, image/video generators and editors)
- Ability to translate complex concepts (e.g., YOLO) into clear visuals
- Exceptional time management with a structured approach to multitasking and delivery
- Clear communicator who collaborates well, takes feedback, and iterates quickly
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with evolving priorities and high accountability
- Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging tech (deep technical background not required)
